How to make
Debone the chicken thighs and remove the skin.
Cut them into small pieces. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and add the chicken. Season with salt and black pepper.
Fry on all sides. Then add Tikka Masala seasoning and tomato puree to the pan. Stir and let the sauce thicken.
Finally, add the sour cream and leave it on the stove for another 2-3 minutes.
During this time, boil a 1/2 cup of rice with three cups of water in a pot. Once the rice is cooked, fill 2 cups with it and carefully turn them in the center of the serving plates.
At the end, distribute the chicken tikka masala with the sauce.
