Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • lamb steaks - 8
  • chili - 1 tsp, powdered
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • coriander - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • lemons - for serving

How to make

Blend together all of the ingredients, excluding the lamb meat and lemon slices.

Put the lamb in a bowl, pour on the marinade, stir well, cover and cool for 2 hours or more.

Heat a grill and bake the steaks 20-30 min. or until the meat is ready.

During baking, baste them with the marinade. Serve with lemon slices.
