How to make
The calamari are cleaned and cut into thin slices.
Fry them in a well-heated pan with a little oil.
Add the garlic, which is cut into very small cubes, along with the rosemary.
When the calamari aquires a golden color, add a little white wine in the pan, to flambé them.
Leave the favorite a la minute to boil for a little while, about a minute and add the butter.
Serve the fried calamari with garlic and a slice of lemon.
