How to make
Clean the squid, cut it into strips and put them in the milk for about 3 hours.
In a deep bowl put the flour, 1 tablespoon oil, salt and 2/5 cup (100 g) of water. All ingredients are mixed thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Roll the squid pieces in the batter, then fry them in very hot oil until they get a golden crust. Serve warm with sliced lemon.
