How to make
The calamari are defrosted and boiled in salted water. After the calamari are cooked, they are strained from the water. Season the calamari with as much salt and black pepper as you like.
The seasoned calamari are then rolled in flour. Pour about 4-5 fingers of oil into a pan and let it heat up.
Then add the calamari a little at a time into the oil. Fry them a little on both sides, until golden.
The fried calamari are taken out and placed on a napkin, to absorb the excess fat.
