Prepare the tomato sauce traditionally - in a deep pot, stew the tomatoes with a little olive oil, garlic, paprika (or cayenne pepper) and salt, until it has thickened.
Pour the tomato sauce over the cuttlefish and mix well.
Boil the pasta in salted water, wash it under running cold water.
Garnish the cuttlefish with it.
Stirring will give you that color effect.
