How to make
Wash, clean and cut the wings into pieces. Break up the chicken broth onto them and stir.
Clean the garlic, without peeling it. Just remove its top layer. Separate each clove from the garlic head.
Heat the pan with oil. Put the wings and garlic in at the same time.
Fry on both sides until the chicken wings are a nice golden brown color.
