Ingredients

  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sausages - 2 oz (50 g) finely chopped, of your choice
  • tomatoes - 2 oz (50 g) finely chopped, dried
  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cheese - grated

How to make

Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and add the melted butter. Beat and add the tomatoes and sausage that you've chopped into small cubes. Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in another bowl and gradually add them to the liquid mixture while stirring.

Mix the dough some more and distribute it in greased muffin forms, but do not fill them all the way up. Sprinkle with grated cheese and curry.

Put them to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 15 minutes.
