Ingredients

  • tortilla chips - 7 oz (200 g)
  • minced meat - 10.5 oz (300 g) (mixture)
  • tomato puree - 6.4 oz (180 g)
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • celery powder - 1 tsp.
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • cayenne pepper - by taste
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • ginger powder - 1 pinch
  • emmental cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • grana padano powder - 3 tbsp.
  • cheddar cheese - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • salt - by taste
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • jalapenos - 2 - 3 marinated peppers (optional)

How to make

Cut the onion and fry it with a little salt in the oil until it's lightly browned. Grate the garlic and stir briefly.

Add the minced meat and black pepper and stir until it crumbles. You can also add a little water to make it easier.

Add the tomato puree, a little more water, spices and more salt according to your taste. Stir until the sauce thickens.

Distribute the corn tortilla chips evenly in a baking pan. Pour the minced meat sauce on top and sprinkle them with grated Emmental and Cheddar and the Grana Padano powder.

Place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the cheeses melt and immediately serve the delicious nachos in the company of spicy jalapenos peppers.
