  • tomatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • hot paprika - 1 pc.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tsp.

How to make

Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut them into medium-sized cubes and do the same with the onion.

Put the tomatoes and onions in a saucepan to boil, then add crushed garlic and let them simmer.

Then blend the mixture in a blender to make a smooth vegetable sauce.

Season it with all of the spices - salt, hot paprika, black pepper, cinnamon, vinegar, sugar and keep it a little longer on the stove.
