"Boost your immunity with this delicious garlic soup"

Ingredients

  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • dry bread - 5.3 oz (150 g) (only the middle)
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp + for sprinkling
  • parsley - 1 stalk
  • fresh mint - 6 leaves
  • water - 3 and 1/2 cups (700 ml)
  • ice - 300 g (crushed)
  • salt - 2 level top tsp. (or by taste)

How to make

First, soak the old bread in water - between 30 minutes and an hour.

In a blender bowl, add the garlic, mint and parsley, finely crushed ice, salt and soaked bread (along with the water).

Blend everything at high speed for about 2 minutes. The time depends on the power of your appliance - the garlic soup should be finely blended and no pieces of parsley or mint should be visible.

Distribute the soup into bowls, drizzle it with a little more olive oil and enjoy the miraculous properties.

In order for the soup not to have a very strong aroma, when you clean the garlic, remove the core of the cloves - where the sprout is.
