How to make
Beat the eggs with sugar and gradually add the oil / butter, vanilla and grated lemon zest. Mix with a little sifted flour and baking powder, add more flour and add it to the mixture.
Knead a firm dough gradually, add flour as necessary. Roll out the dough into a sheet with the thickness of regular biscuits and cut various shapes out.
In the center of each biscuit, place walnuts and bake them in a moderate oven to pinking. These quick and long-lasting biscuits become more delicious the longer they are left to stay.
Keep them in a closed container.
