How to make
Whip the eggs. Add the feta cheese. Mix the yoghurt with the baking soda, stir until effervescent and mix with the rest.
Lastly, add the oil (if you love a greasy pie, you can add more - and vice versa) and mix well. Crumble the phyllo pastry in a greased baking dish.
Arrange by placing a layer of phyllo pastry pieces, then a layer of mixture. Alternate between these until you run out of ingredients. Once done, use a fork to spread the mixture everywhere.
Bake in a preheated oven - first on the bottom element and once it swells, turn both elements on. Bake for no more than 40 minutes.
