"A dish cooked in clay pots in just 30 min. Roll up your sleeves, these clay pots are perfect for any main course and are exceptionally easy to make"

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2/5 cup (100 ml) tomato juice or 4 canned tomatoes
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • pickles - 2
  • sausages - about 3.5 oz (100 g) of your choice (salami, or other sausages)
  • oil - a few drops (if you prefer it oily, add more)
  • eggs - 2

How to make

At the bottom of 2 clay pots, pour in a little oil, then put in the chopped tomatoes or a little bit of tomato juice.

Add the crumbled feta cheese and diced pickles, mushrooms and sausages. Close with lids and put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 390°F (200 °C.)

5 minutes before they're ready, remove the clay pots from the oven and tap an egg over each, then return back to the oven (without lids) to finish cooking the egg. Done :)
