How to make
Divide up the cleaned broccoli into small florets - cut the big ones. Put them in the clay pots and add a little olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange equal parts grated blue cheese and sliced smoked pork tenderloin in each pot, add a little of the cream that has been mixed with the broth, sprinkle it with crushed parsley and put a chunk of butter in.
Place them with their lids on to bake in a heated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for 15 minutes. Remove the lids and in each pot, put cheese cubes and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and gets a nice tan.
