How to make
The game meat is cut into pieces /the size of a clenched fist/.
Season with salt and black pepper and place it on the bottom of a greased guvec (clay pot).
Add the coarsely chopped onion and pour the wine. Let it sit like this for about 30 minutes.
All the vegetables are chopped and added to the meat in the guvec. The spices are also added.
If desired, you can also add 1 clove of garlic /unpeeled/.
The guvec is baked in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for about 2.30 - 2.45 hours.
The boar meat in a clay pot is ready.
