How to make
Cut the meat into thin steaks.
Put the tomato puree in a bowl and add the black pepper, cumin and salt.
Mix everything well.
Coat the steaks with this mixture.
Grab the clay pot, grease it with oil and place the sliced onions at the bottom.
Place the cleaned and chopped mushrooms, carrots on them and then the steaks.
On top of each boar steak arrange the onions, mushrooms and carrots again.
Peel the garlic and add it.
Pour a little oil on top and pour the wine.
Close it with the lid and place it in the oven at 430°F (220°C).
Bake the guvec, until it's ready and in this case I baked for 2 hours in a moderately heated oven.
Serve, by placing the boar steaks on the plate and then add the mushrooms and carrots.
