Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 17.6 oz (500 g) pack
  • pumpkins - 3 1/3 cups (800 g) grated
  • oil
  • walnuts - 2 tsp (10 g) chopped
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)

How to make

Grated pumpkin is mixed with cinnamon sugar and finely chopped walnuts. Take 2 pastry crusts and oil them well. Put on a length of filling and roll it into a roll.

Arrange the pastry together in a square buttered pan. Top with small pieces of butter. Put the pie with pumpkin and cinnamon in to bake up a nice tan.
