How to make
Cut the lard salami into small cubes, grate the cheese, cut the pickles into thin slices. In a pre-greased tray, arrange 2 layers of phyllo pastry, then some salami, some cheese, some pickles, and a pinch of savory.
Repeat until you run out of products. Once everything is arranged, cut the pastry carefully into squares. Beat the eggs and mayo well with a mixer.
Pour this mixture over the pastry and let it get absorbed. Bake in preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until browned.
