How to make

Crumble the chocolate pastries in a bowl. Crumble the biscuits and add them as well.

Soak the raisins in the rum, you can add a little extra for a better flavor.

Add the jam of your choice to the biscuits and pastries, as well as the cocoa, walnuts and melted butter.

Add the raisins and mash all the products with your hand.

Stir, you need to get a sticky, doughy mixture. If it's too dry, pour in a few drops of water.

Cover the bowl with foil and put it in the fridge for 15 min.

Wet your hands and grab a little from the resulting dough. Form it into a ball. Do this for the rest of the mixture, while periodically wetting your hands.

Arrange the formed balls in a plate and put them in the fridge for 2 hours to harden.

Make the chocolate ganache as follows: heat the cream and before it boils, remove it from the stove. Crumble the chocolate and put it into the hot cream. Wait 1 min. and stir. Dip each ball in this chocolate ganache.

Sprinkle with coconut flakes or sugar sprinkles on top if desired.
