Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • yogurt - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • flour
  • mango - 1 pc.
  • white chocolate - for garnish
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Peel, cut the mango into pieces and blend it. Put it in molds and freeze the mixture.

Beat the eggs, add sugar, milk with soda and melted butter. Mix and add flour until a sponge cake batter is obtained.

Divide the dough into small round molds and bake.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, along with the spoonful of oil.

Carve out the cooled cake balls and place one cube of the frozen mango in each.

Stick the balls together and glaze them liberally with chocolate.

Garnish the candies with mango cubes and white chocolate circles.
