How to make
Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the butter and cocoa. Lay out the resulting mixture along the bottom and sides of a form, then place in the fridge.
Put the gelatin in 3 tbsp water to swell, then melt it in a water bath. Beat the cream cheese and mix it with the sour cream and sugar.
Then add the cooled gelatin, melted chocolate and the chocolate balls (these will rise to the surface). Leave the cheesecake in the fridge for 8 hours.
