How to make
Mix the crumbled biscuits with the heated butter. Distribute the mixture along the bottom of a form. Leave it in the fridge for the cake layer to harden.
Beat the cream cheese, add the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest. Beat the mixture carefully and distribute it onto the cooled layer.
Then bake the cake 50 min. at 330°F (165 °C). Prepare a caramel from the sugar and 2 tbsp water. Pour it over the cooled cake and return to the fridge.
