"We always make a double serving of Chocolate Balls because we always eat half of them by the time the guests arrive!"

Ingredients

  • chocolate - 14 oz (400 g) milk
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g) dark
  • liquid cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • whiskey - 2 tsp (10 ml)
  • cocoa - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Put the cream to boil. Add the finely chopped chocolate. Stir gently and once the chocolate has melted, add the whiskey.

Mix again and leave it to stand for 12 hours. Shape balls about the size of a walnut from the mixture. Roll them in cocoa.
