How to make
The yogurt is mixed with baking soda, 2 cups flour, put it in a pan and add the baking powder, salt and sugar. Add 3-4 tbsp oil to the boiled yogurt.
Stir well, adding more flour, about 1 package of flour is needed. Remove from the pan and knead into a soft dough on a floured surface.
Put it in a greased pan, prick with a fork and put it in a cold oven . The oven is heated to 390°F (200 °C), then reduce to 360°F (180°C) .
Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, the tops are coated with beaten egg and cooked a few more minutes.
