How to make
Sift about 2 cups (500 g) flour in a tray, make a well and pour the yoghurt and baking soda in it. Stir to extinguish the baking soda, then add the egg and olive oil.
Stir and pour in the cool water. Knead a soft dough and leave it to rest for about 30 min.
In a tray laid out with baking paper, form a pita. Then form a cross with a wooden skewer or simply poke holes all over.
Leave the pita to rest again, then bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven to a golden color.
