How to make
Sift flour into a large bowl - the first cup with one tablespoon of salt, the second cup by itself, then the third cup and top with baking soda. Finally, sift the fourth cup.
Make a well in which you pour yogurt. With a wooden spoon mix everything well. The resulting dough is poured over a counter top and mixed until smooth. If necessary, add 2-3 spoons of flour.
Put the dough in a baking dish with a diameter of 10.2″ (26 cm) and poke the top lightly with a fork. Put the loaf into a cold oven, then dial it up to 390°F (200 °C). Bake for 20 minutes then reduce the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and bake another 20 minutes.
The baked soda bread is sprinkled lightly with water and covered with a towel.
