How to make
Pour the baking soda into the yoghurt, add the salt, sugar and oil. Pour into a deep container and knead a soft dough, while gradually adding the flour.
Cover the ready dough with a towel and leave it to rest for 15 min. Transfer it to a buttered tray, while pressing the dough lightly to the bottom of the tray.
Poke holes in several spots with a fork or with your index finger. Bake the pita at 360°F (180 °C) for 30-35 min.
