How to make
In a bowl, mix baking soda and yogurt, stir well until effervescent, and add the flour, which already has the salt and sugar added. Add the egg white and the oil. You will get quite a thick cake batter.
Mix everything, stir and place it into an oven dish. Brush the top with egg yolk, mix with a little oil. You can sprinkle it with seeds.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven at 360°F (180 °C), for about 30-35 minutes.
