How to make
Sift the flour with the dry yeast in a bowl. Add the warm water, salt, sugar and olive oil and stir with a spatula very well, until all of the flour is absorbed.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave the dough to rise until doubled in volume.
Once it does, sprinkle it with flour, directly in the bowl it's in. Flour your hands well and carefully pour the dough into a 10 1/4″ (26 cm) diameter form, the bottom of which you've buttered beforehand.
Tap the loaf lightly with floured fingers on top and leave it for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 °C) and put the loaf in it. Put a small tray with water at the bottom of the oven and after 10 min., lower the temperature to 360°F (180 °C).
Bake the bread until ready - depending on the oven.
