"Could this really be the tastiest pizza we`ve ever had? It`s hard to tell but we did eat it to the last bite!"

Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • flour - 1 jar
  • water - 1 cup, cool
  • yeast - 1 cube the size of a walnut
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • for the filling
  • tomato paste - 4 tablespoons
  • mushrooms - 6 large
  • bacon - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oregano - dried

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in the water with a pinch of sugar. Leave the pan covered for 20 minutes, then mix in the rest of the ingredients and let it rise again. This dough is enough for 2 pizzas with a diameter of about 10″ (25 cm).

The risen dough is mixed again and put into a greased pan. Distribute the tomato paste, thin slices of bacon, and slices of mushrooms on top, pour in a trickle of olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese.

Bake the pizzas in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
