  • milk - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 tbsp.

  • olive oil - 8 tbsp. (or oil)

How to make

Dissolve the sugar in the lukewarm milk and add the yeast. Stir well and leave the mixture for about 10 minutes, so that the yeast can activate.

Sift the flour with the salt and make a well in the middle. Beat the eggs, add half of the olive oil and pour them into the well along with the dissolved yeast.

Knead a smooth dough, spread it with the remaining olive oil and leave it for about 2 hours in a warm place to rise. The pizza dough with milk is ready to be used.
