How to make
Clean the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly, then place in boiling water for 10-odd minutes. The softened mushrooms are then drained, cut into pieces and put in jars of 28 oz (800 ml), in which you've previously put 1 bay leaf, and 3-4 black peppercorns, allspice berries, salt, vegetable oil and 1 cupful of vinegar.
Dilute the mixture with water, close the jars with caps and sterilize for 1 hour (after the water boils).
