How to make
Put the cleaned and washed beets with their crusts whole to boil until soft. Then drain, peel and cut them into slices, grate the horseradishes on a grater.
Boil a marinade of the vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Arrange the beets in jars - sprinkle a row of horseradishes after every 2 rows of beets.
Pour in the boiled marinade, which needs to completely cover the beets. Top with a thin layer of oil.
Close the jars well and sterilize them for 1 hour.
