  • tomato puree - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mozzarella - 7 oz (200 g)
  • gouda - 7 oz (200 g)
  • olive oil

How to make

The eggplants are washed, cut into circles and left to drain.

Spread olive oil on each slice and sprinkle them with a little salt and black pepper. Spread the tomato puree on top.
