Ingredients

  • canned chickpeas - 0.9 oz (400 g)
  • tahini - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp. (freshly squeezed)
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • salt - by taste
  • parsley

How to make

All of the products are put inside a blender and blended until a smooth mixture forms.

The resulting humus is poured into a plate and sprinkled with olive oil.

If desired, add parsley and hot paprika.

A delicious and healthy dip!
