How to make
Peel an onion and clena the parsley and chop them finely. Grind the dried hot peppers (you can use hot red peppers instead).
The number of peppers is determined by how spicy you want them to be. Mix the minced meat with the spices, onion, parsley and hot pepper and knead it.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours to absorb the flavors better. Then shape the meatballs with wet hands and grill them.
