  • minced meat - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 - 2 onions
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • hot dry peppers - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • cumin - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Peel an onion and clena the parsley and chop them finely. Grind the dried hot peppers (you can use hot red peppers instead).
