Ingredients

  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon, 4%
  • water - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • sugar
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • onions - 1/2 small head
  • parsley
  • black pepper - ground
  • salt
  • eggs - 2 yolks, hard - boiled

How to make

Blend or grate the egg yolks. Add oil, stir and gradually add the other products.

Another option: add a small sterilized pickle. Serve with fish and lean meat.
