How to make
Mix the red wine vinegar with the honey and stir vigorously until it melts. Add the crushed garlic clove, salt, Dijon mustard and olive oil and stir until smooth.
If you do not use it right away, you can store it in a glass jar in the refrigerator for easier preparation before use.
Garlic vinaigrette is ideal for all salads containing seafood, such as a green salad with tuna.
