How to make
Put the pepper, salt, vinegar and mustard in a bowl. Beat with a wire until the salt dissolves.
Add olive oil and stir until you see that the vinaigrette acquires a light creamy consistency.
Wash the green spices and drain them from the water.
Cut their leaves into small pieces and cut the chives into rings. Add to the vinaigrette and season with sugar, salt and white pepper.
Note: This vinaigrette is suitable for flavouring vegetable salads, leaf salads, rice salads.
