How to make
Chop all the green ingredients and stew them in the fat over medium heat.
Beat the eggs and add to them the turmeric. Stir until dissolved.
Dissolve the flour in 2-3 tbsp. water. It should turn into a mixture.
Then add it to the eggs. Pour the eggs over the green spices. When it's ready, turn it over to cook the other side.
Remove the omelette and place it into a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped mint.
The Omelette with Green Spices is ready.
