How to make
Melt the butter in a pan or saucepan. Add the flour and fry it for a few minutes.
Dilute it with fresh milk, while stirring constantly with a kitchen stirrer/wire whisk.
Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Wait for it to boil and thicken. Turn off the stove and serve the Aurora sauce.
