"Dont even think of serving the vegetables without fresh and tasty Aurora sauce"

Ingredients

  • flour - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt - a pinch
  • tomatoes - 1 tbsp. (concentrate)
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg

How to make

Melt the butter in a pan or saucepan. Add the flour and fry it for a few minutes.

Dilute it with fresh milk, while stirring constantly with a kitchen stirrer/wire whisk.

Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Wait for it to boil and thicken. Turn off the stove and serve the Aurora sauce.

* The sauce is ideal for all kinds of fish and vegetables.
