  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • red peppers - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • sugar - a pinch
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)

How to make

Peel, clean and wash the vegetables.

Cut them into small pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Add the onion first and fry it, until it changes color.

Add the rest of the vegetables. Fry them as well.

Wash the tomatoes and grate them. Add them and after a while pour the tomato sauce and spices.

Boil over low heat, until the Napoletana Sauce is ready.
