Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • dry yeast - 2 tsp. (10 g)
  • for the stuffing
  • sausage - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • corn - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • tomato puree - 5 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 1 big
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - for sprinkling

How to make

Sift the flour. Activate the yeast by dissolving it in a little lukewarm water and add the sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Add the prepared yeast to the flour.

Add salt and oil, add lukewarm water and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to rise by wrapping it with a towel.

Divide the finished dough into two balls, roll them out into thin pizza bases and place them in suitable trays, having previously greased the bottom.

Garnish the pizza by spreading it with tomato puree, sprinkle it with corn and finely chopped sausage. Add tomato pieces and bake it.

Before it's fully baked, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake it a little longer.
