How to make
Thaw the vegetable mix. Cut the salami finely. In a large saucepan or pot, heat the oil and sauté the vegetables with the salami.
Add the cream and eggs to the mixture and stir. Once ready, serve it on a plate and leave it to cool.
Optionally, sprinkle it with cheese and melt it in the microwave briefly. Sprinkle it with chopped parsley or other green spices.
