How to make
In a suitable container, mix the beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, oil and carbonated water.
In a deep tray with cold water, put 1 pinch of baking soda and salt, dip each phyllo pastry, drain and put it into a greased baking tray.
On each phyllo pastry, spread 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture and repeat until you run out of it. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until browned.
