"Its easy to say cheers when there is such an appetizing mussel salad with garlic and parsley on the table"

Ingredients

  • frozen mussels - 9 oz (250 g)
  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • olives - 6 - 7 for decoration
measures

How to make

Defrost the mussels until they are fully defrosted and ready to eat.

Sometimes mussels contain pieces of seaweed, so clean them by simply pulling the seaweed that is protruding from the fleshy part of the mussel with your fingers.

In a bowl, squeeze the lemon juice.

Add soy sauce, parsley, which we have previously cut into small pieces and crushed or pressed garlic to it. Mix all this well.

Put the mussels into a plate and put the sauce in the middle so that everyone dips according to their taste.

Or we can pour the sauce directly onto the mussels and decorate them with parsley sprigs and a few olives.
