Ingredients

  • pitted olives - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 3 - 4 stalks
  • spring onions - 1 stalk
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oregano - 1 pinch

How to make

Cut the spring onions, parsley and garlic into pieces. Pour everything into a blender along with the pitted olives.

Also add the spices.

Just to be safer, please check that all of the olives are well pitted!

Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the spread into a bowl and garnish it with parsley, if desired.

The olive spread is ready!
