  • red peppers - 3 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 3 tbsp.
  • sherry vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Heat a grill and roast the peppers. Put them in a plastic bag for 5-10 minutes and then peel them.

Cut them into strips and place in a small bowl.

Mix the garlic, parsley, sherry vinegar and olive oil together and then pour them over the peppers. Season with salt.
